1tsp salt1 Scoop of whey protein (vanilla peanut butter) 60g Protein Pudding 200ml Cashew Nut Milk Water (the more you use the more liquidy the end result will be) Ice (the more you use the thicker it will be) Flavdrops (as desired) Stevia (as desired) 30ml Walden farms 10g Powdered Peanut Butter Kelloggs - 30g Krispie Rice Cereal 30g M&Ms


Without M&Ms Same as above but without the M&Ms (duh) Macros:

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
