1 tub (350g) skyr
150g berries
MEAL 2
150g chicken breast
200g courgette
120g tomato sauce
30g onions
125g mixed beans
100g mixed peppers
100g mushrooms
200g mix veg medley
200g chopped tomatoes
MEAL 3
300g butternut
200g tomatoes
100g mixed peppers
150g lean mince
200g veg medley
100g mushrooms
30g onion
20g fat free cheese
MEAL 4
1 tub of halo top (or any other low calorie ice cream at ~350kcal)
TOTAL MACROS
· 166g protein
· 197g carb
· 26g fat
Total calories: 1686kcal

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
