MEAL 1

50g spinach

50g fat free cheese

50g onion

3 chicken slices

2 whole eggs

2 egg whites

50g tomatoes

Herbs & spices of choice


Macros: 13c / 11f / 55p

MEAL 2

50g onion

300g broccoli florets

20g fat free mozzarella

150g turkey mince

40g fat free cheese

Herbs & spices of choice


Macros: 17c / 4f / 63p


MEAL 3

200g tomatoes

40g fat free cheese

400g mushrooms

400g peppers

170g extra lean steak

400g aubergine

Herbs & spices of choice


Macros: 56c / 16f / 64p


MEAL 4

30g marshmallows

200g skyr yogurt

30g popcorn

15g sugar free chocolate chips

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
