42 calorie m&m ridiculous brownies

However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the M&M Ridiculous brownies recipe.


BROWNIE BASE

• 35g chocolate whey (casein is better though)

• 1tbsp PB2 powder

• 115g egg whites

• 360g Diet soda of choice

• 50g cocoa powder

• Sweetener (ideally erythritol)


TOPPINGS

• 100g fat free quark

• 0.5tbsp. PB2 powder

• 1 serving of M&Ms

• 5g whey protein

• 100g Skyr yogurt

• Flavdrops of choice - https://bit.ly/31gN2SA

• Sweetener as desired

Macros for brownies only Calories: 402kcal Protein: 53g Carbs: 16g Fat: 14g


Macros for full dish + icing and M&Ms Calories: 673kcal Protein: 83g Carbs: 38g Fat: 21g


Additional topping ideas/fillers (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Cereal

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter

  • Sprinkles

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Yogurt

  • Pudding mix

  • Real marshmallows

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
