INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE
6 Large egg whites
Salt & other seasonings of choice if desired
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPINGS
100g Mixed Peppers
150ml Low calorie pasta sauce
35g Fat Free Cheese
50g Onion, 50 grams
4 Cooked Chicken Slices
Basil to top with (optional)
Macros for the entire pizza Calories: 428kcal Protein: 58g Carbs: 40g Fat: 4g
Additional topping ideas/fillers (not included in the macros)
Full fat cheese (for the bulkers)
Different pasta sauces & seasonings
Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
