However, for now, as mentioned in the video, here is the full list of ingredients and the macro breakdown of both the base and top of the 8 dessert in 1 tray recipe. It was a mammoth "build" that's for sure bbut uf you're up for the challenge then give the recipe a go and tag me in any pictures you take, i'd love to see what you come up with. Even if you just make the brownie base, the recipe still makes for an amazing high protein dessert so enjoy.

Ingredients for chocolate brownie base (blend everything in a blender)

· 110g Apple sauce

· 3 whole eggs

· 2 scoops whey (40g)

· 1 tin black beans (220g drained)

· 20g cocoa powder

· 30g oats

· 15g nutella
