INGREDIENTS & PRICING

LEAN BEEF 380G - 2:66

1 ONION - 9C

HALF BELL PEPPER - 25C

4 BIG TOMATOES - 42C

1 CLOVE GARLIC

100G MUSHROOMS - 23C

500G PASTA - 45C

250G PASTA SAUCE - 22C


Consider this may make anywhere from 3-6 (or even more) servings, that would equate to an insanely budget friendly meal, perfect for either fat loss or muscle gain. Furthermore, if the volume is not enough for you, feel free to add in more vegetables and/or use courgetti to bulk it out even more!
