However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the anabolic Reese's French toast recipe.


• 6 slices of low calorie bread

• 2tbsp PB2 powder

• 210g egg whites

• 10g cocoa powder

• Flavdrops and/or skinny syrup of choice -

• Sweetener of choice (as desired)

Macros for full stack of French toast Calories: 526kcal Protein: 45g Carbs: 73g Fat: 6g

Additional topping ideas/fillers (not included in the macros)

  • Real peanut butter cups

  • Higher calorie bread

  • Chocolate milk

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Cereal

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter

  • Sprinkles

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Yogurt

  • Pudding mix

  • Real marshmallows

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
