• 60g oats

• 150g blueberries

• 150ml unsweetened almond milk

• 150g fat free blueberry yogurt

• 20g vanilla or blueberry whey

• Flavdrops and/or skinny syrup of choice -

• Sweetener and 0kcal syrup of choice (as desired)

Macros for full recipe Calories: 418kcal Protein: 41g Carbs: 50g Fat: 6g

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
