BREAKFAST BURRITO MEAL PREP | FREEZER BURRITOS FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK!

However, for now, here is what you are going to need to make up 1 of the breakfast burritos.
1 large egg
3 Egg whites
20g Spring onions
3 Ham/bacon slices
20g Fat free cheese
1 Low calories burrito
A handful of Spinach
Garlic salt, pepper, seasonings of choice etc.

Hash browns if bulking
Tuna for a fishy one
All kinds of extra veggies
Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
