However, for now, here is what you are going to need to make up 1 of the breakfast burritos.

  • 50g Salsa

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 Egg whites

  • 20g Spring onions

  • 3 Ham/bacon slices

  • 20g Fat free cheese

  • 1 Low calories burrito

  • A handful of Spinach

  • Garlic salt, pepper, seasonings of choice etc.

Macros per burrito

  • 376kcal

  • 45 protein

  • 31 carb

  • 8 fat

Additional topping ideas (not included in the macros)

  • Hash browns if bulking

  • Pesto

  • Different meats

  • Tuna for a fishy one

  • Different spices

  • Avocado

  • All kinds of extra veggies

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
