However, for now, much like both my 2000 calorie and 1800 calorie meal plans, this 2100 calorie version is still a very “generic” meal plan in that it is not customised to you as an individual, something which is impossible to do in a video so if you are interested in a fully customised personal approach to diet and training, check THIS out.


Nonetheless, let’s dive into this as per usual. As you read, it's 2100 calories thus not *AS* low as my 1800 calorie plan meaning that we can have a little more "fun" with our nutrition while still losing fat.

· 238g carb

· 50g fat

· 179g protein

· 2118 calories


CHALLENGE
