However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients that you will need for the high volume Kinder pizookie recipe.


INGREDIENTS

10g coconut flour

20g whey protein of choice

20g egg whites

80g unsweetened apple sauce

1tsp. skinnyfood white chocolate spread

1 white chocolate kinder bueno bar

1tsp Baking powder/bicarbonate of soda

Macros Calories: 283kcal Protein: 22g Carbs: 24g Fat: 11f


Additional topping ideas (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Cereal

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Marshmallows

  • Other chocolate bars

  • Cocoa powder to make it a chocolate themed pizookie

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
