However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the high volume Ben & Jerrys Phish food recipe.


~10g powdered gelatine

100g granulated calorie free sweetener

Flavdrops of choice -

120g water divided into 2


100g chocolate almond milk

Flavdrops of choice -


25g salted caramel whey protein divided into 2

5g xanthan gum divided into 2

1.3kg ice divided into 2

1.2L Water divided into 2

Flavdrops of choice -

Make up 2 batches from the divided ingredient list as seen in the original volume method Oreo McFlurry recipe video -

Macros Calories: 185kcal Protein: 21g Carbs: 14g Fat: 5g

Additional topping ideas/fillers (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Cereal

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter

  • Sprinkles

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Yogurt

  • Pudding mix

  • Real marshmallows

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
