HIGH VOLUME, LOW CALORIE PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE (ONLY 48kcal per slice)

However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the homemade, high volume pumpkin pie recip!


INGREDIENTS

250g egg whites

50g unsweetened apple sauce

50ml almond milk (might not be required)

1tsp salt

400g pumpkin

7g corn flour

50g whey (vanilla or pumpkin spice preferably)

Granulated sweetener (calorie free)

Cinnamon (as desired)

1tsp. vanilla essence

1tsp. Baking powder

Ginger (as desired)

Nutmeg (as desired)

Macros for full recipe Calories: 487kcal Protein: 67g Carbs: 48g Fat: 3g


Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
