Macros per muffin (no cream) Calories: 158kcal Protein: 20g Carbs: 15g Fat: 2f

Macros per muffin (with cream) Calories: 252kcal Protein: 31g Carbs: 23g Fat: 4f

Pro tips

  • You can use pumpkin, beans, sweet potato or banana if you don't have access to butternut squash

  • Feel free to add in oats or whole eggs to make them higher in calorie for bulking

  • Additional toppings like chocolate chips or cinnamon would work nicely if you had the macros to spare

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
