However, for now, much like i said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients and the macro breakdown of the high volume Oreo cream protein muffins.
MUFFIN INGREDIENTS
Coconut flour - 30g
Unsweetened Apple Sauce - 120g
Whey Protein - 70g
Egg White - 180g
Butternut Squash - 120g
Low calorie Hot chocolate - 10g
1tsp baking powder
A calorie free sweetener of choice
OREO CREAM INGREDIENTS
Fat free quark - 150g
Fat free cottage cheese - 150g
4 Oreo thins
Whey Protein - 15g
A calorie free sweetener of choice

Macros per muffin (no cream) Calories: 158kcal Protein: 20g Carbs: 15g Fat: 2f
Macros per muffin (with cream) Calories: 252kcal Protein: 31g Carbs: 23g Fat: 4f
Pro tips
You can use pumpkin, beans, sweet potato or banana if you don't have access to butternut squash
Feel free to add in oats or whole eggs to make them higher in calorie for bulking
Additional toppings like chocolate chips or cinnamon would work nicely if you had the macros to spare
Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
