However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the homemade starbucks pumpkin spice latte recipe.


- 25g whey protein (ideally pumpkin pie or vanilla flavour)

- 350g pumpkin or pumpkin pure

- 250ml unsweetened almond milk

- 2tbsp. granulated sweetener (calorie free)

- 1tbsp. skyr vanilla yogurt

- Cinnamon (as desired)

- 1tsp. vanilla essence

- Ginger (as desired)

- Nutmeg (as desired)

- Toffee instant coffee

- Flavdrops and/or skinny syrup of choice -

Macros for full recipe Calories: 252kcal Protein: 25g Carbs: 29g Fat: 4g

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
