how to add insane volume to your oats

However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the high volume Nutella protein oats.


Nutella - 15g

Whey protein - 20g


Cocoa - 5g

Oats - 40g

Cauliflower rice - 300g

1tsp Baking powder/bicarbonate of soda

Macros Calories: 383kcal Protein: 31g Carbs: 40g Fat: 11f

Additional topping ideas (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Cereal

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Marshmallows

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
