how to make super fluffy protein pancakes

However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients and the macro breakdown of the high volume soufflé protein pancakes along with the healthy Nutella.


  • Egg - 2 large

  • Flour - 35g

  • Baking Powder - 1tsp

  • Bicarbonate of soda - 1tsp

  • Stevia

  • A drop of milk

  • Flavdrops


Skyr - 125g

Nutella - 10g


Cocoa - 5g

Whey Protein - 15g

Macros for pancakes only (per batch) Calories: 249kcal Protein: 15g Carbs: 27g Fat: 9f

Macros for pancakes with Nutella (per batch) Calories: 446kcal Protein: 40g Carbs: 40g Fat: 14f

Additional topping ideas (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Peanut butter

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Marshmallows

  • Bacon & syrup

  • Lemon juice & sugar

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
