i went vegetarian for a week and?

Body weight, strength, performance, energy, future plans, this is what I've learned from going vegetarian for a week. Correct, I attempted the vegetarian diet for 7 days!

Keeping it real here, I haven't actually got round to finishing the full article yet but stay tuned in the coming days if all goes well.
