INGREDIENTS

10g cocoa
25g Chocolate whey protein
220ml Chocolate almond milk
3-5g xanthan gum
Sucralose or a sweetener alternative
~1.2L Water
~1.4kg Ice
Optional 30g of cereal to top

Macros without topping Calories: 243kcal Protein: 22g Carbs: 23g Fat: 7g
Macros with topping Calories: 344kcal Protein: 25g Carbs: 43g Fat: 8g
Additional topping ideas (not included in the macros)
Meringues
Cinnamon
Cereal
Whipped cream
Peanut butter
Fruits
Chocolate chips
Marshmallows
Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
