low calorie reese's cheesecake

However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the high volume Reese's cheesecake recipe.


INGREDIENTS (makes 2 medium or 1 huge cheesecake)

2tbsp PB2 Peanut Butter

15g Whey Protein

150g Quark (Fat free)

2 Rich Tea Biscuits

3 Broghies shells

160g Muller Light Smooth Toffee Yoghurt

30g Coconut Flour

25g Whey Protein

2 Egg whites

Follow instruction as seen in the video -


Macros per cheesecake (makes 2 medium) Calories: 304kcal Protein: 36g Carbs: 31g Fat: 4g


Additional topping/cheesecake ideas (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Cereal

  • Whipped cream

  • Peanut butter

  • Fruits

  • Chocolate chips

  • Marshmallows

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
