However, for now, much like i said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients and the macro breakdown of the protein ice cream. It really does not require many ingredients and/or effort so you have no excuse to try it out. Of course, be sure to also tag me in any pictures you take, i'd love to see what you come up with and hear back from you on how you like it. Stay tuned for more recipes coming soon.

Foundational Recipe:

  • 450g Ice

  • 250g water

  • 1-2 tsp sucralose (or any sweetener)

  • 1 scoop whey protein (casein would be ideal though)

  • 10-25g xanthan gum (or guar gum)

Macros for entire batch Calories: 97kcal Protein: 20g Carbs: 2g Fat: 1f Add ons for taste (calorie free):

  • Flavdrops

  • Cinnamon

  • Calorie free sauce

  • Cream soda (instead of water)

  • Vanilla extract

Add ons for taste (will increase calorie content)

  • Cocoa powder

  • Peanut butter

  • Jam

  • Almond milk

  • Frozen fruit

  • PB2 powder

  • Oats

Tried the plain recipe and added some Black Cocoa Powder and a bit more sweetener. Cookies and Cream version! Yum. Only made half a batch and it filled me up. Beware of the gassy stomach to come though. Still worth it.
